He is an architect of ambitious administrative reform projects, qualified sounding board for top executives and politicians as well as an experienced consultant to project teams that he never fails to guide towards their objective in a reliable and timely manner. Following a degree in business administration/environmental system sciences, he gained his first professional experience as an assistant at the University of Graz before spending many of the following years as a lecturer at several different universities. After completing a doctorate in 2001, he made the move to consultancy at ICG where, in addition to his consulting work, he was a driving force behind the international development of the company.
