Dealing with the past and endless discussion, on the other hand, make him uneasy. That’s what his clients like about him: A goal-oriented approach, uncomplicated cooperation and perseverance. He has been managing reform and change projects in public and non-profit companies as well as SMEs for more than 25 years now. Efficiency and organizational optimization, strategic realignment and the implementation of new strategies are the key focuses of these. A real favorite – it might be an obsession – is the cable car sector. He has been helping companies in this sector to renovate organizational and management structures, mergers and collaborations right from the very beginning of his consultancy career.
