Dieter Marth

People and their development within organizations and companies have been Dieter’s passion since the start of his career. Following national service and teacher training in German language/politics/education he launched his career in the field of adult education where he held several positions – from temp right through to regional manager of an educational institution. He gained experience as a manager through “learning by doing” in a role in charge of 100 salaried employees and approx. 200 temps as well as in the retail and wholesale trade, where he spent 16 years developing business practice as the head of HR and HR development divisions. Assuming leadership and responsibility in medium-sized companies and corporations –international ones too – are therefore very familiar themes for him. Further training in moderation, organizational development as well as training to become a systemic coach support his development. Having worked as an empathetic consultant, coach and trainer on a freelance basis for 11 years, he regards himself as a supporter and visionary of staff and performance-oriented leadership and a corporate culture which promotes fun as much as it does success. This includes guiding change processes as well as developing individual executives and teams. Beyond German-speaking borders, he has been active in development cooperation in a variety of projects in the French-speaking regions of Africa for many years now.
