As Henry Ford said „If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.“ Ewald is primarily dealing with the implementation of operational excellence in companies in order to increase productivity, process speed, reduce employee turnover, and ensure room for growth and competitiveness. His focus is on change management, employee relationships and clear communication that are pertinent to achieving operational excellence. Starting with developing a clear business strategy and creation of goals, he leads towards engagement and creates a culture of continuous improvement in close cooperation with his customers. After studying economics with focus on accountancy he realized that Lean is the way to create a brighter future.
