Maria Laura Bono

The Roman philosopher Seneca once said “There is no favorable wind for the sailor who doesn't know where to go”. Maria Laura Bono, a child of the ancient city of Rome herself, has made this saying her mission statement: First determine the focus and then approach the tasks. In a word: impact orientation. Organizations face questions of objectives, appropriate resources and results evaluation in a number of processes. In such situations, Maria Laura Bono supports people and companies with her outstanding analytical skills, diverse experience in developing sustainable change processes and talent for reducing complexity as well as professional composure. The well-traveled adventurer has studied at the universities of Graz and Vienna as well as the London School of Economics and investigated the effectiveness of human resources management in her dissertation.
