Thomas Mandl

Thomas Mandl guides change projects in industry and service companies with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm. By encouraging people to embrace change and reinforcing their confidence in their own abilities, he gets projects moving right from the outset. His focus is on making organizations fit for the future: whether it be through change management, agile transformation, strategic corporate development or the reorganization of structures and processes. In this, he supports organizations in designing social processes, providing professional moderation of in-house events as well as sparring and coaching for executives and change project managers. Thomas Mandl is an industrial engineer and business economist and has worked in industry for several years; he obtained his MBA degree from California State University in San Francisco.
