Anneke Bergsma

Anneke has a passion for the food industry and therefore is committed to contribute to the acceleration of the foodtransition: by helping organizations with an integrated approach, forming valuable partnerships and developing resilience. Her expertise is in the field of strategy development, innovation, cooperation in supply chains and networks and professionalization of commercial teams. She has an extensive experience as a management consultant, company director, general manager and marketing & sales director in both national and international environments. After studying Business Administration with a focus on supply chain organization at the University of Groningen, her career has spanned different sectors: international wholesalers (produce, table top & cutlery), beverage industry, industrial textiles, publishing and retail. She has a good sense of converting innovative ideas into viable strategies, policies and objectives. Keeping the right balance between result-oriented and people-oriented management. Anneke is known as an inspiring leader who likes to work with multi-disciplinary teams to unravel complex problems to accessible solutions. She brings high energy to a group, helpful to initiate change and she quickly adapts to new environments.
