Csaba Bereczki

“We are what we do, so let’s solve problems that others cannot and make a real difference,” says Csaba. He thinks that the most important thing we can do in our life is the relentless effort to make things better. To do that, we have to learn and help others to learn. After graduating from the Technical University of Budapest as a mechanical engineer, he found the Lean and Six Sigma practice to lead and change companies in the manufacturing, banking and service industries, both in front and back offices. He studied management, system thinking and effective techniques, like Toyota Kata to integrate process improvement and people development to create enhanced leadership systems. His passion is to help young talents grow, which is why he works with universities and students. He is one of the founders of the Lean Enterprise Institute Hungary and works with the global Lean thinkers to enhance the global Lean practice.
