Daniela Sommer finds leading managers and organizations through transformation processes and bringing about lasting positive change to be a personally enriching and meaningful activity that she pursues with enthusiasm. In her professional career, she combines many years of experience as a managing director and executive with a strong passion for communication and working with people. She combines her deep understanding of complex social systems and their strategic design with outstanding expertise in the fields of business administration and financial management. Today, Daniela works as a systemic organizational consultant and coach for executives in change situations and as administrative director of a European research infrastructure. Prior to that, she worked in systemic organizational consulting, where she advised companies and executives from business and research, especially in change situations and in shaping corporate development for digital change. In previous management positions in large industrial companies, she headed a corporate academy, managed the change management of an international post-merger integration and was responsible for strategy and business development in a global customer service organization. Daniela Sommer holds a degree in business administration and an MBA. She is also a trained (hypno-)systemic organizational consultant and Vinyasa Yoga teacher and her research focuses on human consciousness.
