With his motto, "If you do something, do it right!” Zoltan summarizes his basic approach about consultancy and generally any activities in his life. Based on his 30 years of multinational experiences and 12 years consultant practices, he is convinced of the importance of handling both hard and soft skills in any development client cases. After studying electrical engineering of automation and management, he took part in the first wave of the Six Sigma approach and methodology at GE. Later, he joined Philips to deepen his Lean manufacturing excellence with NPI process improvement. As a consultant, he strengthened his soft skills further as a certified executive mentor coach.
