For many years, Frank Strebe has worked with passion as a leader, systemic organizational consultant, and coach, supporting individuals, teams, and organizations through development and change processes. His particular focus lies on strategy, structure, culture, and leadership as the key levers for forward-looking people and organizational development. Frank began his professional career as an officer and studied vocational and business education at the University of the German Armed Forces in Munich. In the years that followed, he held numerous specialist and leadership roles in the military and industry — both in Germany and abroad. He also completed various additional trainings in change management, communication, coaching, training, and facilitation.
