Ger de Kok

Ger (1964) is sr. consultant and change specialist, with more than 20 years of experience in facilitating and supporting teams and organizations in sustainable transformation. He connects people and processes to develop their business and organization in a structured, step by step approach. With his positive energy, enthousiasm, genuine interest in people and his passion for helping and improving individual talents he demonstrates focus, speed and connection with daily practice and realizes concrete business and culture improvement. After studying Business Administration at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam , Ger has expanded his experience in leadership development and change management, organization development, strategy development and -implementation in both the public and the private sector: mobility, construction and infrastructure, professional services, care and education.
