What motivates Hannah Flachberger as a consultant is to foster successful collaboration in challenging everyday work environments and to see people bring out their best. At ICG, she combines her pedagogical expertise with her enthusiasm for organizational development and leadership to design and support effective, participatory processes. With a keen awareness of the two dimensions 'outside' and 'inside the skin', she emphasizes the importance of structures and processes and at the same time takes people seriously as key drivers of change and innovation. With her warm approach to others and her dialogical and solution-oriented mindset, she builds bridges and enables joint steps into the future, particularly during conflict-laden and challenging project phases. She builds on her experience in team development and change processes, both in a leadership role and as a consultant in NPOs. She particularly enjoys designing and facilitating interactive workshops for groups of all sizes, whether in person or in virtual spaces.
