Back to overview Julia Rösner Send E-Mail Supporting change processes with innovative approaches and positive energy - in her work as a consultant Julia Rösner has set herself the goal of shaping change together. Mutual inspiration and an appreciative exchange are close to her heart. During her stays abroad in Chile and Brazil, she got to know different corporate cultures and intercultural settings. From her experiences she derives valuable principles for enriching collaboration. During her time as an employee in an international corporate, she experienced change at first hand and therefore understands what is important for a joint transformation process. She is passionate about developing new ideas, has worked internationally in startups and took an important role in establishing the WU Entrepreneurship Center. Already during her studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business she focused on strategy development, innovation and change management.
