István Kosztolányi

István started his organization and leadership development career after a consultant course at Johns Hopkins University and gained experience in international change projects as managing partner of a Hungarian consultancy before joining ICG. István is most proficient in projects where he achieves measurable and sustainable changes together with clients. His view on how people learn is “The more precisely we know what we want to change, the less energy and time we need, and this way of learning is a process, not a product.” One cornerstone of his approach is a core belief that humans should act with each other in a humane way – no matter if they are at home or anywhere else. Since adults spend most of their waking hours at their workplace, the quality of it matters, which also influences the organizational and business results significantly. István has an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and is a member of the International Coach Federation. He contributes to the ICG group management team as an internal Learning Process owner.
