Richard Hodulák

Richard works in the areas of production, logistics and administration of manufacturing plants. The basis of his work is his deep understanding of processes through Value Stream Mapping. He works with the VSM technique on strategic and micro levels across manufacturing plants and corporate chains. Furthermore, he strives to create acceptance for the Lean thinking meth-odology in organizations. Richard’s primary work with the customer is implemented through the interconnection of three roles in small teams – manual dexterity, professional knowledge and management skills. The teams are trained in precisely targeted Kaizen workshops and achieve fundamental improvements on key parameters. Richard is an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt, and he uses the interconnection of quality instruments and Six Sigma to apply Lean. He was originally a metal machinist, and he studied mining at the Technical University in Ostrava. He has 35 years of experience in automotive, engineering and electric technology industries, having worked as a laborer, technician and in managerial positions.
