For more than 30 years Stefan Posch has been fascinated by creativity and innovation. In his work as a consultant and innovation coach, he supports teams and organizations in making extraordinary progress in the invention and realization of new products, services and business models. Following a degree in electrical engineering at Graz University of Technology he gained practical experience in start-ups, medium-sized companies and large corporations. During his time at Philips Semiconductors, latterly as Product Management Director, he was responsible for the successful development and market launch of complex semiconductor products. In 2002 he shared the award for Inventor of the Year for the NFC basic patent. Stefan Posch has worked in innovation consultancy for more than 15 years and has been successfully developing his innovation methodology on the basis of the TRIZ school of thought, design thinking and lean start-up, combined with systemic organizational development. He has developed a number of effective creativity methods and procedural models such as Team TRIZ or rapid innovation teams as well as exciting large-scale methods such as the Innovation Marathon.
