Tomi Hussi

To Tomi the work life of thriving is about the wellbeing of business and people going hand in hand. He completed his PhD at Hanken business school in Helsinki, researching the relationship between knowledge work and work wellbeing. Tomi is skilled at bridging theory with everyday realities in a way that makes leadership and organisational development both concrete and impactful. Tomi challenges leaders gently but purposefully, helping executive teams and managers understand how to strengthen people’s competence, motivation and capacity so that busi-ness goals and organizational renewal can be achieved sustainably.
