For us, our name ICG Integrated Consulting Group means to live a special, integrated business model. More than 30 experienced consultants are shareholder of the European-wide ICG group. The shareholder of the business units have entrepreneurial autonomy and are connected by common values, holacracy-like rules, common project work as well as professional learning and development processes.
It is our vision to form a European change consultancy group based on our unique business model that serves as a real alternative to the big mainstream consultants for regional and global organizations: “With high impact and more value for money”. Furthermore, ICG aims to be a role model for sustainable, agile and responsive organizations.
Foundation of the start-up Infora by the university assistants Manfred Höfler and Norbert Herbst with a focus on organizational development and IT organizations.
Innotiimi was founded in Finland by Kari Helin and Arto Helin, focusing on innovation and team development.
Infora Austria has grown: 18 employees are carrying out exciting projects. At the same time, Innotiimi Finland becomes famous for new innovation methods.
ICG Hungary was founded together with Szolt Szabo-Jilek and Zoltan Marton. The Hungarian company grows rapidly to 10 consultants and focuses on Lean and organizational development.
First projects lead to the establishment of a small group of consultants in Germany. More experienced consultants are adding their competences to ICG.
New partners in Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria open up the market to South East Europe, where change consultancy is less developed yet.
Our growth results in a new business model and a new brand: the ICG Integrated Consulting Group. Together with Stefan Posch ICG Innovation was also founded which created a new professional bridge to Innotiimi.
The Czech Lean experts Milan Gazdik and Libor Cadek bring in their start-up Capability to ICG and combine their know-how with change expertise. Today, a team of 12 people is working in Prague and a new location in Bratislava is being build.
The befriended Innotiimi-team with more than 25 consultants merges with ICG. The consolidation strengthens the groups’ knowledge about innovation, change management and leadership – the Scandinavian way.
We are expanding to Slovakia – a new branch, ICG Slovakia, is being established in Bratislava. The team is supported by local experts.
Schaffer Consulting from the U.S., Innova from China and Rijnconsult from the Netherlands are companies we are cooperating with for several years now. In 2017, partnerships are strengthened to be able to provide highly professional consulting services for global players from a single source.
The Austrian company dignit is focused on digitalization and partners up with ICG. Richard Hübner and Markus Heingärtner are two experienced consultants who enrich with their expertise all ICG services regarding digital transformation.
