Alexandra has graduated Psychology at the West University of Timisoara, with a Master’s degree in Organizational and Occupational Health Psychology. Her main activity has been around working with managers to develop strong teams, leadership skills, strategy and healthy business goals. With over 8 years working as a business partner and consultant in the automotive industry, Alexandra gained experience in well-being & stress management programs, workplace design, productivity enhancement and leading change in a sustainable way. This is where Operational Excellence entered the stage, and joined her Psychology background. Six Sigma, Kata coaching, Lean Methodologies, Innovation & Design Thinking – all have the human experience at their core, and with her outstanding creativity and enthusiasm creates a unique synergy. At ICG Romania, Alexandra is involved in leadership development seminars like Co-creative Leadership and Kata Leadership, facilitating team development workshops and coaching leaders.
