György Péczely

György has graduated in Information Technology Engineering MSc at University of Szeged, in Management and Leadership MSc at University of Pannonia, and finished his PhD at University of Pannonia researching Lean culture. Being a consultant since 2005, he has been helping companies to improve their operation through TPM and Lean implementation programs, of which several have become an international benchmark. György believes that an improvement is only successful when it reaches the stage of being sustainable and self-developing. To achieve this, György combines his hard skills of professional knowledge with his soft skills of focusing on managing the change, involving, developing and motivating people. In his work, György believes in the art of simplicity, minimizing the amount of unnecessary work done. He is author of ~800 pages book on Lean and TPM, frequent speaker at conferences and university lectures.
