Klaus Birklbauer

Resistance and conflict sap energy – using appreciative engagement and skillful change processes, Klaus Birklbauer aims to convert this into energy for change. For almost 20 years now, he has been guiding challenging transformation processes and (strategic) corporate development – primarily in the industrial sector. Key elements in this are conscious ambidexterity and networking, as are constructive use of differences and the ability to skillfully withstand uncertainty and opposition. Systemic thinking, a genuine interest in the topic and reliance on experience and intuition form the basis of his work. He combines knowledge from degrees in mechanical engineering and business studies, 15 years of experience in industry, NLP and coaching qualifications with a high degree of personal commitment and a penchant for joined-up lateral thinking.
