Michael Sarnitz

‘Support organizations to improve leadership culture, employee satisfaction and performance.’ Michael is enthusiastically following his personal mission statement when working with clients. With this objective in mind, he enjoys using different methods to enable his clients to identify challenges and find solutions. One of the tools he enjoys working most with is a feedback method which helps organizations use employee perceptions to strengthen employee engagement, adapt leadership culture while at the same time improve team and company wide performance. Michael gained experience in consulting and managerial roles across the private and public sector. In his last role he consulted International Organizations in humanitarian disasters on how to design, implement and use feedback mechanisms with the goal to improve the quality and effectiveness of their work. He studied business administrations and finance at the University of St. Gallen with deep dives in mathematics, game theory, corporate governance and value creation.
