He wrote his degree thesis as part of the business management degree for ICG (still INFORA at that time). At the time, ICG was looking for new employees and following a successful application, Norbert joined the team in 1988. Now he is no longer simply an ICG consultant, but a partner and CEO. In addition to his consultancy work, primarily in the public sector in the field of administrative development, key fields of activity include lecturing work at a variety of educational providers and lecturing at universities (lecturer at Karl-Franzens University in Graz, the Donau University in Krems and the University of Salzburg Business School).
