Norbert Quinz

It was thanks to a great love for working with people and a happy coincidence that Norbert Quinz become a corporate consultant. He wrote his degree thesis as part of the business management degree for ICG (still INFORA at that time). At the time, ICG was looking for new employees and following a successful application, Norbert joined the team in 1988. Now he is no longer simply an ICG consultant, but a partner and CEO. In addition to his consultancy work, primarily in the public sector in the field of administrative development, key fields of activity include lecturing work at a variety of educational providers and lecturing at universities (lecturer at Karl-Franzens University in Graz, the Donau University in Krems and the University of Salzburg Business School). What clients especially like about him is his calm, empathetic and pragmatic work which quickly leads to solutions with a high acceptance rate.
