Curiosity and a thirst for new challenges have always run like a thread through Susanna Frech’s career. She combines long-standing experience in a variety of roles within an international company (Sales, HR, management, global and European consultancy projects) with a multiple-year systemic consultant training course. In 2012 Susanna Frech decided to take on a new challenge: Since then, as a consultant she has pooled all her experience and expertise and guides organizations, teams and individuals in matters of leadership, strategic realignment, cooperation, change, cultural change and value-based leadership. She takes great pleasure in merging “practiced” business reality with consulting tools and interventions to bridge the gap between theory and practice and develop workable solutions. Her international background and trilingual language ability are added assets in this.
