As a kind of fitness program, the management board initiated a process of proactive organizational development. To this end, customer impulses were solicited, and internal development areas were explored in employee workshops. All the company’s executives jointly assessed the status quo with its strengths and weaknesses, and the Board of Management and executives together developed an attractive image of the future. Subsequently, several implementation teams worked consistently on developing topics such as improving business processes, designing an innovation management system, and new rules for project-oriented collaboration. Prisma shows that entrepreneurial spirit, an appreciative culture, and a professional organizational design are not contradictory but essential elements for expanding market leadership in Austria in the long term.

As a result, further development processes were initiated to expand market leadership. The IT organization with Scrum Logic was further professionalized, and essential steps toward increased cooperation with the sister company OeKBV were accompanied organizationally and culturally.
