Jari Mielonen

Different kinds of change processes related to corporate and leadership cultures keep Jari moving. His mission is to help customers with leadership innovations that make them more agile in a rapidly evolving operational environment. Jari has more than 20 years of experience with different production and service organizations. His pragmatic development approach works with management teams, supervisors, experts and production teams alike. When developing something, Jari strongly believes in co-creation. With the help of a wide range of work tools and coaching skills, Jari also handles difficult co-operation situations. As a passionate developer, Jari has focused over the past few years on ways in which new types of agile organizations work and how they are managed. E.g. in this context, his doctoral dissertation focused on shared leadership as a team management approach.
