Back to overview Jennifer Daxböck Send E-Mail Her studies in cultural and social anthropology have enabled Jennifer to develop her view of the individual as well as her skills in qualitative research, especially in the design and conduct of interviews. Building teams in such a way that everyone can develop their full potential and contribute their strengths in the best possible way is a concern that has accompanied her throughout her professional career as well as her Master's degree in "Innovation and Management in Tourism". After 3 years in the tourism industry, she joined ICG in October 2021. Here she continues to work on the relevance and influence of leaders on the success of a team. She also supports various online workshops with her know-how on virtual collaboration tools.
