Jenny Schlager

"Nothing is so constant as change." (Heraclitus of Ephesus) Jenny Schlager believes this quote is more relevant than ever. She approaches change processes with passion and energy, focusing on collaboration with her clients to develop solutions and recognize opportunities in change. Before joining ICG in 2011, Jenny worked on research projects at Joanneum Research, the Universities of Graz and Klagenfurt, and the IFZ - Inter-University Research Center for Technology, Work, and Culture. Jenny brings a wealth of experience as a consultant, supported by her background in sociology and training in change management and organizational development. Her expertise is further strengthened by her training at MIT on the strategic implications of artificial intelligence in organizations. With extensive experience in virtual and hybrid collaboration, a deep understanding of social dynamics, and a passion for digital (AI) tools, Jenny helps organizations successfully navigate their transformation processes and maximize the potential of digitalization.
